Crescit's Board of Directors

Mr. Christer Franzén is the chairman of the board of Crescit Asset Management AB and is also within the board responsible for the risk function and conflicts of interest. Mr. Franzén is the acting CEO at Ericsson Pensionsstiftelse. Mr. Franzén has a long and solid experience of asset management. Mr. Franzén earned his B.Sc from Örebro University (Sweden) and studied finance at the Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business (USA).

Mr. Jonas Granholm is the CEO of Crescit Asset Management AB and is responsible for the portfolio’s management. Previously he was the global manager of the Skanska group’s pension funds. Mr. Granholm has long experience of board work in various companies and foundations, risk control functions and investment research from his years managing Skanska ABs Swedish pension funds. Mr. Granholm pursued his advanced studies in finance at Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA). He earned his MBA from Hanken School of Economics (Finland).

Mr. Gustav Lundeborg is the deputy CEO of Crescit Asset Management AB and is responsible for the portfolio’s management. Previously, he was the manager of Skanska AB’s Swedish pension funds. Prior to that, Mr. Lundeborg was a fixed income and FX-dealer at Skanska for several years. He earned his M.Sc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University (Sweden).

Mr. Lennart Grebelius is a board member of Crescit Asset Management AB. Mr. Grebelius is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the chairman of Sätila Holding AB and a shareholder/partner in Gina Tricot, Scorett, Mechanum and others. Mr. Grebelius has real estate holdings in Gothenburg, Stockholm and London. Mr. Grebelius has studied history, history of ideas, astronomy and philosophy at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden).

Mr Lauri Vaittinen represents Mandatum Life in Crescit’s Board of Management. Lauri is currently Senior Vice President of Investment Solutions with Mandatum Life and has extensive experience with alternative investments. Lauri holds a M.Sc Finance from Helsinki School of Economics and he has co-authored several academic papers on Cross Asset Signals and Time Series Momentum.

Mr. Carl Nordberg is a board member of Crescit Asset Management AB and is also within the board responsible for the fund company’s compliance function. For more than a decade now Mr. Nordberg has worked as a portfolio manager responsible for investments in hedge funds and FX at Postens pensionsstiftelse. Previously Mr. Nordberg worked at Länsförsäkringar Bank and before that at Nordea Securities. Mr. Carl Nordberg holds a master degree in business from Stockholm University.

Mr. Reidar Nilsson is the board alternate of Crescit Asset Management AB. Reidar has a long experience of working as a controller. Previously Mr. Nilsson was the CFO of Sätila Holding AB. Before that, Mr. Nilsson was CFO at Invik & Co AB, head of accounting at Korsnäs AB and business area controller at ”Fri-TV” in Scandinavia and the Baltics within MTG AB. He has also had his own independent consulting firm. MBA from Lund University (Sweden).
